If you would like to train with friends or family, why not form your own group. Training with friends and family is lots of fun and very motivating as you can keep each other accountable.   Training can be done at my studio, at your house, outdoors and catered to meet your needs. Training can include, body weight exercises, resistance training, boxing, boot camp style training. Training is so much fun when shared with friends!

The boot camp will accommodate FOR all levels of fitness and is designed to challenge and motivate YOU while having heaps of fun and sharing it with others.

Five Week Outdoor Boot Camp for Over 45s

Being over 45, doesn’t mean you can’t be strong, fit and healthy!

We will encourage, motivate and support you throughout and help you reach your fitness goals whilst tailoring programs to your fitness and flexibility levels and we take into account any medical conditions or previous injuries.
