I originally began PT sessions with Louise to assist in my recovery after a total hip replacement. As I was 66 at the time recovery was having its challenges.

Louise was fabulous, very supportive and tailored each session to meet my recovery and functionality needs.

I have found the regular sessions so beneficial that more than 12 months later I still attend twice a week. My overall strength and mobility has improved and I feel this is helping my osteoarthritis a great deal.

We love our 5.30am’s with Lou! We are up, into it, laugh, flog ourselves and are in home before my kids are up and our men leave for work. Our workouts are not hanging over our heads for the rest of the day, its done and dusted by 6.15 am – awesome. Sharing the cost is also a mega bonus. All round Lou’s Personal Training sessions are a winner.

My main goals were to increase strength, muscle mass, lose weight and improve my cardio fitness.   Each week Louise really pushed me and because of that I found the motivation I needed to keep going which was something I hadn’t experienced training alone at home.  Her Personal Training proved to me that my cardiovascular health was just as important as weights.

I enjoyed each session thoroughly and any requests I had for the next session, Louise listened to and included in the next workout.  Through her training, I reached my goal of increased strength and flexibility.  I enjoyed the weights sessions especially when they were outdoors.  The enthusiasm and support Louise brought to these sessions helped to push my limits and achieve my goals.  Our “tabarta” sessions were gruelling but I always looked forward to them as they gave me the results I was after.
