As a Holistic Personal Trainer and Health Coach, Louise’s passion is to empower people to become fit, healthy and confident. She loves helping people on their personal journey and helps them to fast track their results. She will support you, give you direction and keep you accountable!

Louise is a fully qualified Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and Life Coach. She is a Registered member of Fitness Australia, Australian Fitness Network;  and an approved Course Provider for Fitness Australia and the International Institute for Complimentary Therapists.

Louise is a qualified BEAT IT Trainer skilled in delivering safe and effective group-based physical activity and lifestyle programs for people who may be overweight and/or obese, and living with or are at risk of diabetes and other lifestyle-related chronic conditions..

For 30 years, Louise has been developing and leading workshops that inspire and transform the lives of participants. For the past 9 years she has been leading inspirational fitness classes and motivating clients to achieve their fitness goals through Personal Training.

Louise is a Certified Louise Hay Course Leader, NLP Master Practitioner, Time-Line Therapist and Hypnotherapist.  She uses these skills to motivate clients to break down barriers and achieve their personal goals.

Louise has a Bachelor of Education, a Diploma of Teaching, a Diploma of Business and a Cert IV in Training & Assessment.

Louise annually attends Filex, The Fitness Convention for Fitness professionals to learn new information and techniques to constantly keep clients challenged and motivated.
