Stretch Classes

Can you do the things you used to do like zipping up a dress?   Reaching for a can off of the top shelf?

Regular stretching helps lengthen muscles and makes daily activities easier.

Other Benefits:

  • Reduced muscle tension.
  • Increased range of movement in the joints.
  • Enhanced muscular coordination.
  • Increased circulation of the blood to various parts of the body.
  • Increased energy levels (resulting from increased circulation)

Saturday 8th April;   2.30 pm to 3.30 pm

Cost:                    $15 per session or $120 for 10 sessions (2 free sessions)
